Welcome! This software is used to processs oocyte fluoresence traces by aligning and normalising them.

Export your data into an excel file from the Leica software and upload it to this form. You'll be brought to a page to which you need to enter the PB1 timings for each region of interest to which each trace will be aligned. Then you will pick how you would like the data to be normalised.
If you know what you are doing, you may submit a query on this page which will assign all of your variables, meaning you do not need to fill out next form should you be debugging or changing data around.

The software is still a work in progress so please keep the following points in mind:

• Please have the file name contain no spaces
• Please do not alter the excel file before submitting to this form. Upload as is.
